This notice describes the current public website only. It is not a privacy notice for the planned healthcare suite, clinic pilot, or any future processing of patient data.
What this site collects
The website has no contact form, account, analytics, advertising, payment, booking, chat, or health-data feature. It does not intentionally ask visitors to submit personal or health information.
Contact by email
The contact page uses a direct email link. The website does not receive, transmit, or store the message; your email application and the sending and receiving mailbox providers process it. Do not send patient, medical, or other health information.
Technical logs
The hosting environment may process routine request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as network address, requested path, time, user agent, and response status. Hosting-log access, retention, and handling remain operational and legal review items.
Cookies and browser storage
The current implementation does not set application cookies or use local or session storage. This must be reviewed if any form, analytics, preference, authentication, or embedded service is added.
External services
The current release loads fonts, scripts, styles, and images from the same site. It includes no third-party media, map, social, analytics, or support embed.

Change control
Any feature that collects information must update this notice, the site's security policy, automated checks, and the repository's content-governance record in the same change.
